Join us for an immersive journey into well-being with our Grace and Gratitude Salt Cave Yoga Experience. This 90-minute event, held in the tranquil embrace of a Himalayan salt cave at Quasar Quantum Healing in Scottsdale, offers a unique fusion of Yin Yoga and a Vinyasa style flow.
We will begin with a 10-minute meditation in the salt cave, setting the tone for a transformative experience. Then embark on a 60-minute Yinyasa practice, delving deep into mindful stretches that nurture both body and spirit. Followed by a powerful fire ceremony to release and renew intentions. The event culminates in a peaceful walk, allowing you to carry the essence of grace and gratitude during this walking meditation through the labyrinth.
Enhance your well-being as you breathe in the benefits of the salt cave—improving skin, reducing stress, and supporting illness prevention.
What is a Yinyasa Practice?
Yinyasa is the fusion of two different yoga styles into one. Yin yoga is a deep stretch yoga practice using long hold stretches to release the connective tissue in the body, increasing flexibility and energy flow. Yasa refers to our more traditional yoga Vinyasa style classes which focus on mindful movements connecting yoga poses to breath. The combination of these two creates a wonderful balance of movement and release in your body.
What is a Labyrinth?
A labyrinth is a circuitous and sometimes complex path that one walks from an entrance to the center, then back again, oftentimes used as a walking meditation. People find that they need a time and place to reflect. A chance to step out of the busy-ness of ordinary life, so they can listen to the inner voice to help them deal with the joys and sorrows, the hopes and fears and disappointments of everyday life. Stepping into the labyrinth and following its twists and turns seems to provide that opportunity to reflect, to ask questions and to discover answers.
